Carter’s Mill is a Del Webb resort-style community consisting of 480 single-family and villa style homes. The community is located in Haymarket, Virginia with easy access to I-66. This new community will include a 14,000 square foot clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness and yoga rooms, outdoor bocce ball courts and community garden. Construction of Carter’s Mill began in 2020, with prices starting in the low $400’s, with some homes available now.
