Tim enjoyed an early and successful professional career in Information Technology Sales and Management, where he worked with the world’s largest corporate and US Federal Government clients. He received awards year-after-year for consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar goals – reflecting his determined and energetic work ethic, customer-focused style, keen negotiation skills, and creative problem-solving that enables him to craft win/win business outcomes.
Since joining his wife Vicki in support of her successful Keller Williams practice, he’s put those skills to work to help their real estate clients – whether individual, family, or investor. Tim serves as a trusted resource for the team in helping to manage the business, and finds each transaction to be a unique, fulfilling and personally enriching experience. Tim’s strategic business approach and ability to leverage the latest technologies and tools, matched with Vicki’s expertise in residential construction and Interior Design makes for an exceptional team. The combination offers the Girdis Group clients a low-risk, low-stress, and ultimately successful real estate transaction.
Tim is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He and Vicki have lived and owned investment properties in Northern Virginia for over 30 years and they’ve raised their two sons here, both of whom attended George Mason University in Fairfax. They have two Australian Labradoodles who love life and bring joy to the day. During free time Tim enjoys golfing, camping and the outdoors, boating and relaxing at their lake house.
